Ordered pairs of

I placed my order two weeks ago and still received nothing. They don’t reply on e-mails and you cannot reach them by phone....... ????

I usually don't put more money than 100 euros in running shoes. For these pricey gel quantum 360 4, i got a nice deal, the second pair of shoes at 80% off. When i tried them at the asics shop, they felt great. Cushioning is important when you run a lot and are not light (i weigh 85 kg). Asics is usually an excellent and my favourite brand for running, and i ve never been disappointed until this product. When i buy a pricey Asics, i have some expectations. After 18km of in wood running, my knees are sore. Really disappointed. Be careful if you choose this product. Mine was made in Vietnam. Coudln't find any similar comment on the internet.

Ordered shoes. They haven’t arrived the time stated on the site. Customer service unavailable. So I don’t know if I even get my shoes anytime soon..

Ordered a pair of ASICS Gel Nimbus 21 for my wife, which took a fortnight to arrive (thanks Brexit). They were well packaged, but, faulty - one of the heels was pinched and a shoe was unwearable.
Good news - they have easy returns! I emailed to let them know (and had no response), so followed the narvar returns process and a UPS man came along the next day and picked the faulty pair up.
One week and a bit later (just outside the returns window, of course!), I received the pair back with "Delivery refused - no invoice - return to sender". This can't mean the original purchase invoice as the package hasn't even been opened and it's still in there along with the UPS invoice.
Have issued a chargeback through my card company and bought a pair from another company, I'll never shop at ASICS again.

This is the worse Web side for ordering the items I order Nike I pay for them and plus I pay extra express postage
Please never don't order from this company
It's a scam..
Is not the problem about the money the problem is I need them emergency and the play me.. if you have extra money or time go for it.. this website doesn't suppose to exist..
Playing whit somebody is not good

I ordered on this asics website. Dot com website and I have tried to contacted them about my order and have sent a number of emails with no reply. I have paid money and they have taken my money willingly but no product. Does anyone actually get there products from these or is it a scam.? I rang a few numbers but they are not in service. No answers mails. How are these people allowed to be online- who investigates these companies for a scam

I purchased a pair of ASICS shoes last March, at the beginning of the pandemic. I am a senior citizen, and only wore the shoes to take a walk every day to get out of the house. They have literally worn through on the side with small holes forming. I contacted Asics by email in early October. I have repeatedly contacted them including sending pictures of the shoes. I have gotten no satisfaction from them, and it is now mid January. I will never buy Asics shoes again! This company is terrible to deal with! No customer service.

First time will last time
For return they send me label very fast but credit NEVER return to my card after 15 days, I have to call the CONSOMMERS PROTECTION OFFICE AND MY CREDIT CARD. Order from them it like put yourself in trouble. TERRIBLE COMPANY

I would give 0 stars if I could. I saved my money for new quality shoes and have always favored asics. I decided to finally buy the shoes from asics website because they had the option that I wanted. $135 down the drain because Asics sent the wrong shoe and apparently does not have a phone to call for issues. You may email them, but they wont respond? Its just there to give the appearance of being helpful. I have emailed 4 times in the last 2 days. I received one response telling me they couldnt see the attached pictures, but no resolution and no response since that moment. Dont waste your money on this and if you do, dispute the charges with your bank as fraudulent if you do buy something, but dont receive what you ordered.

This company does not respond by phone or email. I spent almost $120.00 and have still have not received. Never again!! Terrible!!

Well I just bought a pair for the first time just last week.
These are THE worst athletic shoes I've ever bought. Already I have blisters and the shoes feel awful! I'm at my mom's and have to take them off because they hurt so bad. Wasted money. I've never in my life had these problems with other shoes. And I'm 66 years old so that's saying a lot.
